Pacific Inland Home Mortgage is affiliated with CMG Mortgage, a nationwide mortgage banker with the power to fund in over 37 states from coast to coast.  CMG Mortgage provides a Department of Corporations lending license, a California Department of Real Estate License and applicable licensing around the country.  Our loan consultants are not required to obtain a real estate license, though those that do have the option of being paid as independent contractors rather than employees.  Those who choose to be treated as employees have many benefits available to them such as health insurance and 401K.
